We realize that our business clients are busy managing their businesses. Our goal is to partner with our clients and their other advisers to keep their businesses moving forward.  To do this our lawyers and staff assist our business clients with a wide array of legal issues, including:

Choosing the form of business entity that is right for you; such as corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, and preparing the documents to establish the business organization

Representation in a purchase or sale of a business, including drafting of agreements;

Bringing a new shareholder or partner into the business and creating buy/sell agreements between the shareholders and partners to ensure minimum disruption to the business upon the departure of any shareholder/partner;

Creating a plan for the passing on of the business to the next generation of family members who want to succeed to the ownership and management of the business;

Responding to any claim or suit brought against the business for breach of contract;

Creating strategies for the resolution of disputes including the enforcement of contact obligations;

Collection of accounts receivable;

Reviewing and creating appropriate agreements between the business and customers and vendors;

Maintaining corporate and entity documents;

Assisting in the filing of documents for the entity to remain in good standing;

Assisting in matters pertaining to real estate, including purchase and sale thereof, and leases, and all financing issues;

Negotiating with banks and other sources of financing to meet the needs of the business; and

Assisting with environmental law questions as they pertain to the acquisition or the management of real estate.
