We have years of experience in assisting clients to achieve their business goals in commercial real estate.  The nature of our assistance depends upon the specific needs of each client, and can be something as simple as the review of a lease for a small commercial space, or as complex as assisting a client in the purchase or sale of a commercial property for the operation of a business.

Review of proposed agreements with real estate agents and brokers;

Preparation of real estate and sales agreements including agreements for the purchase or sale of a business;

Working with clients and prospective lenders to negotiate advantageous financing arrangements;

Examining the title to the property concerned;

Reviewing the planning and zoning regulations pertaining to the property in question;

Preparing leases;

Negotiating and reviewing agreements between our clients and other professionals and contractors that may be involved in the development of a parcel of property;

Working with our clients and their environmental consultants and protecting a client’s interest as to the growing body of environmental law;

Protecting our client’s interests in disputes over boundary lines and encroachments;

From time to time in the development of a real estate project, we determine that our client’s needs are best met by involving other professionals in the process because of the uniqueness of a given situation.  We do not hesitate to recommend to our clients that other professionals be brought into a process so that a team can be formed to best achieve a client’s business goals and to address issues that we feel may be best answered by others.
