Driving Directions:

From New York/New Haven:

• Take I-95 North.
• Merge onto I-395 via Exit 76 on the left toward Norwich/Plainfield
• Continue on I-395 North to Waterford Exit 77 (CT Rte 85, Hartford Turnpike)
• At bottom of ramp turn right onto CT Rte 85 (also known as Hartford Turnpike and as Hartford Road).
• Continue 0.1 miles to the first traffic light. Our building is a two story grey building on the right at the light.  The other tenant in the building is Pequot Commercial Properties.
• We are located on the first floor.  The entrance is in the rear.  Handicap parking and access is available.

From Boston/Providence:

• Take I-95 South to Exit 82, the first Waterford exit (the exit for Crystal Mall, although it may not be marked as such).
• Turn Right at light at end of Exit ramp onto Route 85 (Hartford Turnpike).
• Continue 2.1 miles. Our building is a two story grey building on the left at the traffic light for Douglas Lane. (If you go under Rte I-395 you have gone too far.)
• The other tenant in the building is Pequot Commercial Properties.
• We are located on the first floor.  The entrance is in the rear.  Handicap parking and access is available.

From Hartford area:

• Take Route 2 East to Route 11.
• Follow Route 11 to the end of the highway (7.4 miles). Turn left at end of exit ramp onto Route 82 and continue to traffic light at intersection with Route 85 (1.2 miles).
• Turn right onto Route 85 (Hartford Turnpike) and continue on Rte 85 for 8 miles.  Pass under Route I-395 and continue to the traffic light at Douglas Lane (0.1 miles after the overpass).
• Our building is a two story grey building on the right at the traffic light.  The other tenant in the building is Pequot Commercial Properties.
• We are located on the first floor.  The entrance is in the rear.  Handicap parking and access is available.

From Norwich & North:

• Take Route I-395 south
• Exit at Waterford Exit 77
• Left at traffic light at the end of exit ramp onto Route 85 (Hartford Turnpike)
• Continue under the I-395 overpass 0.2 miles to the first traffic light (at Douglas Lane).
• Our building is a two story grey building on the right at the traffic light. The other tenant in the building is Pequot Commercial Properties.
• We are located on the first floor.  The entrance is in the rear.  Handicap parking and access is available.
