Her estate planning practice includes the preparation of wills and trusts (including living trusts, life insurance trusts, charitable remainder trusts, and special needs trusts for those with disabilities) and disability planning documents such as powers of attorney, health directives and living wills. She also practices in the areas of probate law, elder law (including conservatorships), protection of assets from the costs of nursing home care, and real estate law.
In representing her clients, Attorney Andrews believes that the first and most important step is to listen and learn about the client's situation. Once a plan is in place, Attorney Andrews prepares documents and performs other functions that are required to bring the plan to fruition.
